She reveals how Empress Sissi transformed jealousy into compersion—the joy derived from a partner’s pleasure. At its heart, the story asks a question relevant to every marriage and partnership: Do accusations of betrayal arise because couples make promises that were never clearly discussed or genuinely negotiated? SISSI THE ALIEN combines romantic drama, science fiction, historical imagination and a provocative examination of jealousy, freedom and love. Created as an independent proof of concept for a potential screen adaptation.
